01 The challenge

Most agencies run a marketing site that has nothing to do with the product behind it. Two design languages, two codebases, two teams, and a seam the customer can feel the moment they log in.

We had the same split: a Webflow marketing site and a separate Astro application that had drifted apart visually and structurally.

02 The solution

One design system expressed twice. The Stacklumen Framework defines tokens, type scale, and component anatomy once; the Webflow site implements it with native classes and Color Scheme variable modes, and the Astro app implements the same tokens in CSS custom properties.

Everything on the marketing side is built natively — no embed styling, no class hacks — so the site stays editable by anyone who opens the project.

03 The results

The marketing site and the application now share a single visual language, including a full dark mode driven by native variable modes rather than duplicated stylesheets.

Content routes migrated from the app into native Webflow pages at matching paths, so marketing can ship a page without a deploy.
