One Stacklumen account and one workspace

  • Team and roles
  • Client list
  • Agent connections (MCP)
  • Roadmap and requests
The Hub, Terminal, StackIDE and Stacklumen Base read the same account, workspace and team. The three in the browser share one sign-in, and StackIDE signs in with the same account. One plan for the agency, Free or Agency, covers the Hub, Terminal and StackIDE; Stacklumen Base has its own, bought on the same account; and a site on its own domain, or one whose CMS your own code reads, adds a site plan.

Four products, one account

What the four products share, and what they do not.

Stacklumen, a software and web engineering company, makes four products: three in the browser, and StackIDE, its desktop app. All four use the same Stacklumen account, the same workspace, the same members, the same clients and the same subscription. The three in the browser share one sign-in, and StackIDE signs in with the same account.

What every product shares:

  • One account. Your sign-in, your name and your profile are the same everywhere.
  • One workspace at a time. Sites, clients, designs and plans belong to the workspace, not to a person. The workspace chip in every product's top bar says which one you are in. See Workspaces.
  • One set of members. Members and their roles are managed on Members, from any product, and apply in every product. See Members and invitations.
  • One client list. Every product has the same Clients screen over the same list. See Clients.
  • One subscription. The agency is on Free or Agency, and that plan covers the Hub, Terminal and StackIDE in every workspace it holds. Stacklumen Base and the add-ons are bought beside it, on the same subscription. See Plans and pricing.
  • Agents over MCP. Terminal and Stacklumen Base each run an MCP server. Your AI agent connects by signing in with your Stacklumen account, on your own plan; there is no AI key to add anywhere.
  • One roadmap. The roadmap and the request board cover every product.
  • A developer center in each. Stacklumen and Stacklumen Base each log their API calls, record their events and send webhooks, in a sheet owners and admins raise from the bottom of the screen. See The developer center.
