Every site built in Terminal publishes to its free staging address, on every plan. A site that goes out on its own domain takes Basic or Premium, and a site whose CMS your own code reads can take the CMS plan for its Content API keys, each billed one site at a time on the agency’s one invoice. Pages that show CMS content take Premium.
To bill your own client, a site’s settings send them a pay link for the site. With Client payments on the Agency plan they can pay it by card, straight into your own Stripe account, and you can send numbered invoices and retainers for any work; or they pay you the way you already invoice, and you mark it paid.

Yes. For all clients going forward, every site or app we deliver is hosted and maintained on one flat, all-inclusive plan — $100/month for small businesses (under 20 employees) and $300/month for medium businesses (20–500 employees). It covers hosting, tool and software costs, database upkeep, updates, security patching, and small changes — no separate host bill. Over 500 employees is a custom plan. Yes, with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts. We earn the relationship month by month.
Free and Agency. Free costs nothing, with 1 editor and 1 workspace. Agency is $99.99 a month, or $999.90 a year ($83.32/mo billed yearly), with 5 editor seats and 3 workspaces, and adds clients, client guests and the CRM. The plan belongs to the agency and covers the Hub, Terminal and StackIDE in every workspace it holds.
No. Stacklumen Base is its own product. Every account has Stacklumen Base Free (the free set of components, 10 tool runs a month and 10 designs), and Stacklumen Base is $29.99 a month, or $299.90 a year, bought once for the agency on either plan, with 1,000 tool runs a month in each workspace and unlimited designs. It is not part of the Agency plan or its trial. Templates are sold one by one, from $59 to $149, and are never part of a plan.
$20 a month, as an add-on to the Agency plan, for invoices and retainers your clients pay by card into your own Stripe account. Stacklumen takes 0.5% of each card payment from the date the new prices take effect, and nothing before it; Stripe's own fees are separate. A payment you record yourself carries no fee from us.
For $10 a month a site, on any plan: visitors, visits, bounce rate and visit time, sources and campaigns, countries and devices, goals and same-visit funnels, and the last 30 minutes, counted without cookies. Every site keeps its free page counts without it.
You keep your price and everything your plan has until your first renewal on or after the date in the email we send your agency's billing contacts, at least 30 days ahead. From then it renews as Agency at today's price; a yearly plan moves at its yearly renewal. Billing shows the date, and you can cancel before it.
Each agency can take one 14-day Agency trial, with no card. Stacklumen Base and Client payments are not part of it, and are charged from the day they are bought.

60 days of free support is included on every project for bug fixes and technical questions. After that, you can continue with a retainer or pay hourly for updates.
Retainer clients get priority support with sub-24-hour response times. One-off emergency fixes are billed at $185/hr.
Yes. We’ll audit the codebase, document everything, and either migrate it or maintain it as-is under a retainer.
No problem. We’re available for ongoing feature work on a project or retainer basis. Your codebase is yours to extend.
