How long things take: Base builds can move fast (think weeks), Enterprise builds vary by integrations and approvals, and Bespoke projects depend on design depth + custom engineering. We'll define the schedule during onboarding — no guessing.

05.01Why fixed project pricing instead of hourly?
Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes efficiency. Fixed pricing means you know what you're paying, we know what we're delivering, and we both stay focused on outcomes. We've scoped enough builds to know what each tier actually requires.
05.02What if my project doesn't fit cleanly in a tier?
Most don't, exactly. The tiers are starting points — we adjust scope and price during the proposal stage. Want Enterprise features at Base scale, or vice versa? Tell us what you actually need and we'll quote it directly.
05.03Do you handle e-commerce or just marketing sites?
Both. Webflow for marketing/content sites; Shopify for serious DTC and ecommerce. Shopify builds are scoped separately starting at $12,000 — get in touch for a quote.
05.04What does "post-launch support" actually cover?
Bug fixes, minor copy edits, performance issues, integration questions, and direct Slack access for your team. Larger feature additions roll into a retainer or scoped change order.
05.05Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. Migrations from WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace start at $4,200 with full 301 redirect mapping, schema preservation, and Core Web Vitals tuning. Pre-migration SEO audit included.
05.06Do you require a deposit?
50% to start, 50% on launch for Base and Enterprise. Bespoke projects use a 3-payment milestone schedule (kickoff / midpoint / launch). All payments via Stripe — no awkward invoice chasing.
