Section 01
Overview
Most privacy policies are written to cover every tool a company might one day install. This one describes only what is installed today.
Stacklumen runs a deliberately small stack. The site is hosted on Webflow, uses Webflow's own first-party analytics, and stores form submissions so we can reply to you. There are no advertising pixels, no tag managers and no session recording. If that changes, this page changes first.
This page covers privacy only. Our Master Service Agreement, upgrade terms and conduct policies live on the legal hub.
Section 02
What we collect
Three things, and only when they apply.
- Site analytics. Webflow Analyze records page views, session counts, device type, browser, approximate country or region, the referring site, and any campaign parameters on the link you arrived from. It is first-party and does not follow you to other websites.
- Anything you type into a form. Usually a name, email address, phone number and your message. Submissions are stored by Webflow and emailed to us so we can reply, and kept as a record of the enquiry.
- Standard server logs. Webflow's hosting records IP address, browser user agent and timestamps in order to serve the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
- Everything you do inside the apps. Signing in to Stacklumen, Kitlumen, Baselumen or Hublumen is different from browsing this site. In the apps we record every action you take — each tool run, each component copied or generated, each message, file, task and project event — together with what it was, when it happened, how long it took, whether it succeeded, and the workspace and account it belongs to. Not a sample and not a monthly total. It is what your dashboard, your history and your plan usage are built from, and it is why the suite behaves as one product rather than four. We track your use of our own products and nothing else: no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics anywhere in them. Each app's privacy policy sets out its own records in full.
Section 03
What we don't do
Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels — no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no TikTok pixel.
- No Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager.
- No session recording and no heatmaps.
- No SMS marketing.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No cross-site tracking of any kind.
Verifiable
You do not have to take our word for this. Open your browser's network tab on any page of this site and you will see requests to Webflow's CDN and nothing else of consequence.
Section 04
Cookies
The consent banner groups cookies into four categories. Two of them currently hold nothing.
Essentials
Your consent choice, and the session cookie Webflow needs to serve the site. Always on.
Analytics
Webflow Analyze. Only set if you accept.
Marketing
Nothing at present. No advertising tools are installed on this site.
Personalization
Nothing at present.
The two empty categories exist so the banner does not need rebuilding if that ever changes. They stay empty until it does. You can change your choice at any time from cookie settings in the site menu, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Section 05
Who else handles it
Each handles data under its own terms, and only to provide the service described.
Webflow
Hosting, CDN, first-party site analytics and form storage.
Mailchimp
Delivers newsletter and form email where you have asked for it.
Consent manager
Records your cookie choice. Stored in your browser and not sent to us.
Section 06
Retention and your rights
You can ask us for what we hold, ask us to change it, or ask us to delete it.
Form submissions are kept while the enquiry is open, and afterwards as an ordinary business record. Analytics are retained by Webflow under its own schedule. Your cookie choice sits on your device until you clear it.
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Email support@stacklumen.com and we will come back to you within a few business days.
Section 07
Changes and contact
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it.
The date at the top moves whenever this page is revised. We do not make material changes quietly. For anything privacy related, email support@stacklumen.com.
