Is it available now?
It is live today at hublumen.com. Projects, files, tasks, approvals, messaging, invoicing and support ticketing have all shipped, alongside the CRM and the AI assistant. Every plan opens on a fourteen-day trial with no card up front.
Can I really white-label it as my own product?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Custom domain, your logo, your accent colour, your sender address on emails. Clients never see our brand. We treat white-labelling as a first-class feature, not a checkbox.
Does it integrate with the rest of my stack?
Zapier and Notion are next on the public roadmap, with Framer and Procreate under consideration. The Professional plan includes API access if you need to build something we have not shipped yet.
How does billing work for retainer clients?
Recurring billing through Stripe on monthly, quarterly or annual cycles. Hours-tracked retainers can show the remaining balance to the client; flat-fee retainers simply charge on schedule. Failed payments and dunning are handled automatically.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days on any plan, with no card up front. Nothing is gated — projects, files, tasks, approvals, messaging, invoicing, support tickets, the CRM and the AI assistant are all available from the first day.
Where does my data live?
Built on Supabase Postgres with row-level security on every table. Files live in object storage behind signed-URL access. The AI assistant is scoped to your workspace, answers only from your own data, and never trains on your conversations.
