01.01 / The studio
A studio that ships.
Stacklumen is a working web studio — not an agency, not a freelancer, not a marketplace listing. We design, build, and ship websites and applications for small teams who want craft without the agency overhead, and the speed without the freelancer fragility.
W.01 / What we make
Custom Webflow & Shopify sites.
Pixel-honest builds with hand-rolled GSAP, Lenis, Finsweet integrations. Embeds tuned to fit platform limits. Dark mode and a11y audited.
W.02 / What else
Production applications.
React + TypeScript apps for SaaS, marketplaces, internal tools. Auth, billing, admin, infra from day one. Embedded, not arms-length.
W.03 / How we work
Embedded with founders. Weekly demos. Full ownership at handover.
Fixed proposals in 72 hours. Weekly cadence on real staging URLs — feedback in the work, not slides about it. Code, docs, decision logs, and 60 days of post-launch support transfer on launch.
01.02 / The lineage
Three names. One trajectory.
Stacklumen is the third iteration of the same studio — sharpened each time. Same hands, same standard, clearer story.
[ Era 01 ] 2023
Axom
Founding chapter
Started as a small Webflow practice. First retainers, first design system, first internal embed library — the patterns that still show up in everything we ship.
[ Era 02 ] 2024 – 2025
Stackent
Production chapter
Expanded into Shopify, custom React apps, and agency partnerships. The studio matured around production-grade work: real embeds, real components, real handovers.
[ Era 03 ] 2026 — Now
Stacklumen.
Working name
Same studio, sharpened framing. Stacklumen makes the relationship between studio work and shipped products explicit — and gives the apps we build a home of their own.
[ Heads up ]
All active engagements moved cleanly. Client work, retainers, and component libraries are continuous across the rebrand.
02.01 / The process
Four phases. Zero theater.
A predictable cadence: scope fast, design in motion, ship weekly, hand over completely. No surprise scope, no big reveal — real progress every Friday.
01 / Discover
Scope & proposal in 72 hours.
~ 3 days
A focused intro call, a written brief, and a fixed proposal back within three business days. If we're not the right fit, we say so — and point you somewhere that is.
02 / Design
Design in motion, not deliverables.
1 – 2 weeks
Static comps are dead weight. We design in Figma and prototype in code from week one. What you approve is what ships — animation and edge cases included.
03 / Build
Ship weekly. Demo in-context.
3 – 8 weeks
Weekly demos on a real staging URL. Feedback in the work, not slides about the work. Real progress every Friday, not a curated reveal at the end.
04 / Launch
Handover with full ownership.
launch + 60
Code, written documentation, decision logs, and 60 days of post-launch support — all yours. No vendor lock-in. No monthly tax for code we already wrote.
02.02 / What we ship
Five ways in.
Pick the engagement that fits. Fixed proposals in 72 hours, weekly demos until launch, full code ownership at handover.

S.05 / Partnerships
White-label, by default.
Your brand, your relationship — our engineering. NDA-protected. Any mix of work.
03.01 / Products
Tools we're building. In public.
Born from the patterns we use on client work. Hublumen and Baselumen are in active development. The Stacklumen App is in public Beta.
04.01 / The stack
Opinionated tools. Compounding output.
Tools shape outcomes. We're deliberate about ours — the same foundation every engagement, so velocity compounds. We don't switch stacks per client; we sharpen the one we have.

[ Heads up ]
Not pictured: white-labeled work behind partner agencies, retainer engagements under NDA, and projects we declined. We say no often enough that "yes" means something.
06.01 / What's next
What we're building next.
Direction, not commitment. The full roadmap lives at its own page; this is the short version.
