What we collect
Your account details (name and email, held through our authentication provider), your billing state (handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers), the things you make with the product (workspaces, projects, pages, files, records), and basic first-party usage data about how the product is used. If you write to support, we keep the conversation.
How we use it
To provide, secure, bill for and improve Stacklumen. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we share data only with the service providers that host and operate the platform (see subprocessors).
Your clients and visitors
Data your workspace collects — client records, form submissions, the pages you publish — belongs to you, and we process it on your instructions (see the data processing terms). If you arrived here as a visitor of a page published through Stacklumen, its owner is who to contact; requests that reach us by mistake are forwarded to them.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data — write to support@stacklumen.com and we will handle it, including the rights granted by GDPR, CCPA and similar laws where they apply to you. Deleting your account deletes your data, subject to what payment and tax law require us to retain.
